Considering the fact that a huge quantity of rice was involved in the alleged possession and transportation by the petitioner, and though the petitioner is not having any previous case, this Court is of the view that, at this stage, if anticipatory bail is granted, there is a likelihood of the petitioner indulging in similar activities.” 3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
