The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025, registered under sections 115(2), 316(2) 318(4), 322, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 351(3) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M at Khunti. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only allegation against the petitioners is made that petitioners are helping in selling of land to the purchasers and apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioners. She next submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6638 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 6737 of 2025. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of helping in selling the land to the purchasers. 5. Considering that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As and only allegation is made against the petitioners of helping in selling the land to the purchasers and apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioners and in that ( 2026:JHHC:11216 ) view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
