This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2025. It is stated therein that the respondents have not made compliance with the said order. Accordingly, the petitioners have filed the present contempt petition, referring to para No.6 of the order passed in the writ petition, which reads as under:- “The respondents are directed to relieve the petitioners from their present position and permit them to join at the place(s), where they have been provided appointment by orders as mentioned in petition.” [2026:RJ-JP:13962] (4 of 4) [CCP-467/2026] 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have allowed the petitioners to join at their places in terms of the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3. To this extent, there is no dispute. He further submits that petitioners were not allowed to join at a particular place, however, there is no specific direction in the order dated 13.10.2025. 4. In view thereof, no case for contempt is made out. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
