This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayers: In the facts and circumstances above-mentioned, the applicant most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be please: 1. To allow the instant writ petition and directing the respondents for reviewing the effective date for Senior Scale/Stage 2 or AGP-Rs/7000/- under CAS in petitioner’s case in pursuance to the letter dated 06.04.2017 (ANNEXURE NO.P/1); 2. To issue the direction to respondents and declare that the effective date for AGP 7000/- (Senior Scale/Stage 2) under Career Advancement Scheme, in case of the petitioner, shall be 24.03.2012; [2026:RJ-JP:11903] (2 of 3) [CW-19353/2023] 3. To issue directions to the respondents to grant all consequential and notional benefits to the petitioner, as flow from such fixation with 9% interest; 4. To issue any other order and direction, as the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may be passed in the favour of the applicant. 2. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, State Government has issued a notification dated 28.07.2025 incorporating the amendments in the Rajasthan Educational Service Collegiate Rules, wherein the provision has been made to avoid any hardship to those faculty members, who have already qualified where provision has been made for granting benefit of Career Advancement Scheme without undergoing orientation course (OC)/ refresher course (RC). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the directions may be given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the notification dated 28.07.2025. 4. Above limited prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 5. In view of the above consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of career advancement schemes as per notification dated 28.07.2025 and the same shall be considered within 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
