Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MANISH CHOUDHURY ORDER Date : 26-02-2026 Heard Mr. R.K. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. D.S. Neog, learned Standing Counsel, Irrigation Department for all the respondents. The learned counsel for the parties have made further submissions in deference to the Order dated 23.02.2026. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner’s grievance as regards Site Visit Certificate has been redressed and the petitioner is in receipt of the requisite Site Visit Certificate. Mr. Sarma has submitted that in view of such development, the writ petition can be closed. Ms. Neog has submitted that after the site visit, the requisite Site Visit Certificate has been issued. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is closed.
