The learned counsel for the parties have made further submissions in deference to the Order dated 23.02.2026. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner’s grievance as regards Site Visit Certificate has been redressed and the petitioner is in receipt of the requisite Site Visit Certificate. Mr. Sarma has submitted that in view of such development, the writ petition can be closed. Ms. Neog has submitted that after the site visit, the requisite Site Visit Certificate has been issued.
