Judge, South Tripura, Belonia and proof of such deposit in the form of an account statement dt.12.02.2026 issued by the HDFC Bank has been placed before this Court. The said Court shall forthwith pay the amount deposited with accrued interest to respondent No.1. In view this, this Revision Petition is allowed and the order dt. 21.01.2026 passed by the L.A.
