The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-compliance of order dated 26.11.2025 passed in WP(S) No.4046 of 2024. 2. Mr. Sudarshan Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Uranium Corporation of India Limited by handing over two documents submitted that an admitted amount of Rs.128,878.00 has already been credited in the account of the petitioner. Further, he submits that a reasoned order dated 28.02.2026 has also been passed and has been communicated to the petitioner. 3. Copy of both these two documents have been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is kept on record. 4. Considering the said submission, I am of the opinion 2026:JHHC:10347 2 that the order has been complied with, thus, this contempt application is dropped. 5. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order and/or is not accepting the amount which has been paid, it will be open to the petitioner to raise a dispute before the appropriate forum.
