According to petitioner, she along with her husband had moved a petition for divorce by mutual consent under Section 27(1) of Uniform Civil Code, Uttarakhand, 2024. It is the case of the petitioner that she now wants to withdraw her consent and she moved an application in that regard, but that application was not entertained by the court concerned. 4. The contention raised on behalf of the petitioner cannot be accepted that the court concerned is not accepting the application alleged to have been made by the petitioner. 5. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate application before the court concerned.
