Learned counsel for the respondents at the outset submitted that in compliance of order passed by this Court, the respondents have issued order dated 17.02.2026 for offering appointment to the petitioner subject to conditions mentioned therein. 3. Copy of order dated 17.02.2026 is taken on record. 4. In view of the statement, there is no case of deliberate and willful non-compliance hence, no contempt is made out. 5.
