Also heard Ms. K. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department and Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel, for the respondents/opposite parties. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 45 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the Order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 781/2025. 3. Perused the averments made in the application. 4. Learned counsels for the respondents/opposite parties submit that they have no instruction to object to the present application. 5. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 45 days in preferring the connected appeal. 6.
