2 1 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs/prayer: 10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to forthwith decide the pending issues regarding the release of all withheld amounts and all other dues along with appropriate interest from the due time legitimately payable to the petitioner under Contract No. SECL/BSP/GM(C)/Agt./GVR/2021/903 dated 30.03.2021, within a time-bound period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to issue the formal Completion Certificate in respect of the aforesaid contract forthwith; 10.3 Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum. 3 Prayer is allowed. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
