1. These 2nd bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No.483/2025 registered at Police Station Newai, District Tonk for the offences under Sections
[2026:RJ-JP:10767] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-3944/2026] 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2)(a), 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 66C and 66D of Information Technology Act. 2. First bail applications filed by the accused-petitioners bearing S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No.1232/2026 and 1128/2026 respectively were dismissed as withdraw by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2026 with liberty to file afresh after filing of the charge-sheet. 3. Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in custody since 24.12.2025. Learned counsels further submits that the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the accused-petitioners are no more required for any kind of interrogation or recovery. 4. Learned counsels further state that no other criminal case is pending against the present accused-petitioners. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail applications. 6. Considered the submissions made by learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available on record. 7. Having regard the submissions made by learned counsels for the petitioners and so also the fact that the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted the charge-sheet in the matter, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, these 2nd bail applications are allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioners named above shall be released on bail provided, they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 9. In case, the accused-petitioners are found to be involved in any other criminal case of similar nature in future, the prosecution may move an application for cancellation of these bail.
