This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioners, namely- (1) Md. Nazim Uddin and (2) Md. Ajib Uddin @ Sorai have prayed for releasing them on bail as they were arrested in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.89/2025 under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. After filing of the charge sheet, these petitioners are waiting to be sent to the court of Sessions after commitment of the case. 4. One of the accused in the case is absconding and therefore, the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sribhumi is trying to procure attendance of the absconding accused. 5. This Court is of the opinion that at this stage, the petitioners do not deserve to be released on bail. Accordingly, their bail application is rejected. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
