CWP No.7728/2024 titled as "Lokendra Singh Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.", whereby liberty was granted to the [2026:RJ-JP:11898] (2 of 2) [CCP-114/2026] petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority with further direction to the authority to decide a representation. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, at the outset, submitted that in compliance of order dated 19.11.2025 passed by this Court, representation filed by the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 17.03.2026. Order is taken on record. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no case of wilfull and deliberate disobedience is made out, hence the contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Notices stand discharged. 5. It is made clear that mere dismissal of the contempt petition will not take away rights to challenge the order dated 17.03.2026 before the appropriate Court. 6.
