No. 124 of 2019 in E.P. No. 144 of 2018 by the learned III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa, and consequently to restore E.P. No. 144 of 2018 to file and direct the Executing Court to proceed with the execution of the decree and judgment in accordance with law. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file separate Civil Revision Petitions challenging the orders passed in E.P. No. 144 of 2018 and E.A. No. 124 of 2019. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file separate Civil Revision Petitions against the orders passed in E.P. No. 144 of 2018 and E.A. No. 124 of 2019, if so advised. 5.
