Ismail, …for the State It appears that the similarly circumstance accused persons have been granted bail by the Supreme Court in SLP (Cri) No. 6120 of 2025 dated August 18, 2025. It appears that the trial is going on and only two prosecution witnesses have been examined so far. Having regard to the aforesaid, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Paraganas. 2 In view of the aforesaid, it is further directed that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner. The failure of the petitioners to comply with the conditions as above shall entitle the trial Court to cancel the bail of the petitioners in accordance with law without any further reference to this court. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2851 of 2025 stands allowed. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
