This writ petition is filed declaring the action of Respondent No.5 in not initiating any action against the Respondent No.7, even after receiving the DICC Final Enquiry Report vide DICC/Eluru/DIGs, dated 23.06.2026 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. As the issue involved in this writ petition comes under the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, the Petitioner ought to urge these aspects before the said Tribunal. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to pursue his remedies before the Central Administrative Tribunal. No order as to costs.
