Roy ..for the respondent nos. 12, 13, 14 Mr. Dip Jyoti Chakraborty ..for the respondent no.16 The petitioners have filed the writ petition with incomplete copies of the deeds by virtue of which the petitioners are claiming title to the property. An objection has been raised by the learned advocate for the private respondents that the statements made in the writ petition and the prayers are confusing. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action. 2 Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 9 to 11 submits that the petitioner no.2 filed a writ petition being WPA 21004(W) of 2015 which was disposed of by an order dated 16th February, 2018 and such fact has also been suppressed in this writ petition. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh on the self same cause of action. It will be open to the private respondents to raise all objection in the case the petitioners file a fresh writ petition. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
