Petitioner is a retired as Havaldar from the Indian Army and he filed the present writ petition for disability pension. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for respondents that since petitioner is employee of Armed Forces, therefore, he can file the petition for redressal of his grievance before the Armed Forces Tribunal under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007. 5. At this, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to avail the aforesaid remedy. 6. The permission, so prayed for, is granted. 7.
