Mr. Mukesh Kumar Kaparuwan, learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Mr. Atul Bhatt, learned C.G.S.C. for the Union of India/respondents. 3. Petitioner is a retired as Havaldar from the Indian Army and he filed the present writ petition for disability pension. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for respondents that since petitioner is employee of Armed Forces, therefore, he can file the petition for redressal of his grievance before the Armed Forces Tribunal under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007. 5. At this, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to avail the aforesaid remedy. 6. The permission, so prayed for, is granted. 7. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner may avail the aforesaid remedy for redressal of his grievances before the Armed Forces Tribunal. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 08.06.2026 PN
