Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for transit anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would file a fresh application on the selfsame grounds. Accordingly, the application for transit anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an application for transit anticipatory bail afresh on the selfsame grounds.
