Heard Mr. T.H. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioners namely, Alekh Singh and Ishwar Prasad Yadav, have prayed for bail in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 521/2025 under Section 61(2)/336(3)/340(2)/316(5) of BNS, 2023. The Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in the mean time, charge sheet has been submitted vide C.S. No. 13/26 dated 18.01.2026. In this context, the learned counsel Mr. Hazarika submits that the petitioners may be allowed to approach the learned trial court for regular bail. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands disposed with a direction that the petitioners shall seek regular bail from the learned court below which shall be considered, needless to say, in accordance with law and also keeping in mind the stage of the case. The petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
