Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the applicants. 2. Ms. Pushpa Bhatt, learned D.A.G. alongwith Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. By means of the present anticipatory bail application, applicants seek anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with FIR dated 09.03.2026 registered as FIR No. 77 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, registered at Police Station - Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the applicants were not present on the spot and only on the confessional statement of the other co-accused, who was arrested from the spot, they have been implicated. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that applicants are ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to surrender before the court concerned on or before 10.07.2026.
