Case No.753 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2424 of 2025 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 118(1)/296/3(5)/351(2) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Angul 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. The allegation against the petitioners is that on 29.10.2025 at about 10 P.M., the complainant lodged a written report at the P.S. alleging that on the same day, at about 4.50 P.M., while he was sitting near Laxmi Mandap, at that time, Jitendra Garnaik and others abused him in filthy languages and threatened to kill him. They assaulted to his head by means of a kitchen knife and axe as a result of which he sustained bleeding injuries on his head. Hence, the case. 5. Regard being had to the nature of allegation against the petitioners, though I am not inclined entertain the present bail application of the petitioners, however, the petitioners prayed that if they surrender and move for regular bail, the same shall be directed to be disposed of on the same day. In the event the petitioners surrenders and move regular bail application before the court below. the same shall be considered by the Courts below on its merit in accordance with law on the same day. 6.
