Mr. Wasim Ahmed, Mr. M. Shehabuddin ….for the State. 1. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents. 2. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that he is being disturbed by the private respondents as a result whereof he could not stay at his own residence under the jurisdiction of Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur. 3. There were counter complaints lodged against the petitioner and private respondents and in connection with seven criminal proceedings charge-sheets were submitted by the concerned police authorities. 4. However, during course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a coordinate Bench passed order on 12th June, 2023 on one writ petition being WPA 4335 of 2023 preferred by the petitioner thereby directing the petitioner to report to the Moyna Police Station on a particular day and time and the police authorities were directed to ensure so that petitioner can stay at his own house. 5. A communication dated 6th April, 2026 of Officer- in-Charge, Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur is filed today along with supporting documents and same are taken on record. 6. In the said communication dated 6th April, 2026 it is disclosed that in spite of the order passed by the coordinate Bench on the previous writ petition on 12th June, 2023 petitioner did not report to Moyna Police Station which could have facilitated petitioner to stay at his own residence. 7. It was also disclosed that subsequently, on enquiry it was found that petitioner along with his family members were residing at his own residence. 8. A written declaration of the petitioner dated 28th March, 2024 is annexed to the communication filed on behalf of the State respondents. 9. In view of aforesaid scenario and taking note of the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 12th June, 2023, no further order need be passed on this writ petition save and except directing the concerned police authorities to keep vigil and maintain peace and tranquility at the locale. 10.
