The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the property for a number of years. The petitioner has also produced “Adangal” and “A” Register in support of her contention that she is in possession of the property. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 10.02.2025 to the first respondent seeking for grant of patta in her name. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.
