Criminal Revision Petition No.696/2024 filed by the petitioner was dismissed on account of peremptory order. For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application & upon hearing ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner, the application is allowed. The order dt.28.08.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, alongwith the subsequent order dt.25.09.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby, recalled. S.B.
