The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 06.04.2026 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, the learned Judge has imposed a condition that, “the petitioner shall shift his residence within three weeks from the date of release of bail and he shall not approach the victim child in future until the disposal of the case.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the victim does not reside in the same house as the petitioner, but lives three streets away from the petitioner’s residence. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to delete the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.463 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition in Para(6) in Crl.MP.No.463 of 2026 dated 06.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall shift his residence within three weeks from the date of release of bail and he shall not approach the victim child in future until the disposal of the case” is deleted and all other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 10399 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 5.
