ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 i.e., the Joint Director and the Commissioner, Department of Collegiate Education respectively to direct respondent No.2/Sri Venkataramana Swamy College to issue/forward the original “Service Register” to respondent No.4/St.Mary’s Syrian College, Brahmavar. b) Issue an order or direction directing the respondent Nos. 6 and 7, the Joint Director and the Commissioner, Department of Collegiate Education respectively to release the arrears in Average Grade Pay (AGP) & other service-related benefits to the petitioner herein. c) Issue an order, or direction directing respondent Nos. 6 and 7, i.e., the Joint Director and the Commissioner, Department of Collegiate Education respectively to initiate disciplinary action against the responsible officials of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, i.e, Sri Venkataramana Swamy College and Sri Venkataramana Swamy Vidyavardhaka Sangha (R) for deliberate and willful negligence, inaction, and non-compliance with statutory

obligations, causing undue hardship and harassment to the petitioner.”
2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has furnished all the records sought by the petitioner and has also served certified copies of the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the same.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought by the petitioner does not survive for
consideration. The petitioner may submit the same to the fourth respondent along with the representation. If such documents are submitted, the fourth respondent is directed to verify the same and take action in accordance with law. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
