After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to surrender before the Court concerned. 4. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 5. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court concerned within a month from today. Till then, the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with aforesaid F.I.R., provided they cooperate with the investigation.
