Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. Sri. Sharanjith Shetty, learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent No.3. 3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 30.12.2025, 30.09.2025 and 09.07.2025 respectively, as produced at Annexure-C and B; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10942 WP No. 3342 of 2026 b. Issue any other writ or order to direction that this Hon'ble court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations submitted by the petitioner on 30.12.2025, 30.09.2025 and 09.07.2025 to maintain the road, which has been formed and carry out the repairs so as to provide a proper access to their property has not been considered by the respondents. 5. Whenever, any representation is submitted to a government authority, it is required for the authority to consider the same and pass orders within a reasonable period of time either by accepting or rejecting the said representations. 6. Needless to say, if any order passed, the same would have to be accompanied by reasons. In the present matter, neither having been done and the representations having been kept pending, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10942 WP No. 3342 of 2026 ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 30.12.2025, 30.09.2025 and 09.07.2025, respectively, at Annexures-C and B, and pass necessary orders within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner.
