It is the case of the petitioner that the same could not have been rejected in view of the order passed in earlier round of litigation being LPA No.122 of 2023 and W.P.(S) No.2227 of 2019. 4. Considering the said submission, this Court now has to adjudicate the correctness of the reasoned order, which cannot be done in this contempt application, thus, this contempt application is dropped. 5. The petitioner is given a liberty to file a fresh writ petition bringing to the notice of this Court the earlier order which has been passed, so that an appropriate order can be passed.
