Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that 1990 ampules of buprenorphine were allegedly recovered from the house of the present petitioner and the present petitioner being a lady is in custody for seven and half months. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery was much above the commercial quantity and charges have been framed. In view of the present set of circumstances, petitioner be well advised to renew his prayer for bail after the seizure list witnesses and other relevant witnesses are examined. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 252 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
