Affidavit of service, as filed be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of the State. 3. The application of the petitioner seeking transfer on the medical ground has been pending with the School Authority since 2022. The only ground taken by the School Authority is there is shortage of teachers in the School. 4. This cannot be a ground to keep the application of the petitioner in abeyance. 5. The School Authority is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools along with the requisite documents and the ‘No Objection Certificate’ if the petitioner is found otherwise eligible and is certified by the concerned B.M.O.H., by 15.05.2026. 6. If found eligible, the concerned D.I., will take all consequential steps to forward the same to the Commission as expeditiously as possible. 7. Temporary suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be P a g e | 2 an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 8. With the afore-stated direction, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 9.
