A JAYANTHI The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant petition under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 is filed the Petitioner praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.783 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026. 2 2. Heard Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms.A.Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the order dated 08.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.783 of 2026 has been complied with, the presentation of the Petitioners was considered, a case in Crime No.29 of 2026 has been registered by Buttaigudem Police, Eluru. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the contempt proceedings may be closed. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the case may be closed. 5. Considering the submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
