The instant petition has been submitted for quashing of the impugned FIR No. 225/2019, registered with Police Station Kapren, District Bundi for the offence punishable under Sections 295-A IPC and 67 of the IT Act. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprise this Court on the basis of the factual report furnished by the SHO, Police Station Kapren, District Bundi dated 27.03.2026, which indicates that after thorough investigation in the instant matter, the police has submitted Final Report (Negative) and the same has been submitted before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, K.
