In the circumstances, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss these three second appeals as abated. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as abated consequent upon the death of the sole appellant. However, it is made clear that, in case if the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant intend to pursue the appeals, they are at liberty to file appropriate applications. No costs.
