Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent contemnor-Ms. Reena Joshi, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, Dehradun. 3. By the order under consideration, Writ Petition (S/S) No. 136 of 2025, Daljeet Kaur vs. Uttarakhand Transport Corporation and Others, filed by the petitioner, was disposed of in terms of the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022 and connected matters, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation vs. Ashok Kumar Saxena. By the said order, the petitioner became entitled to receive the amount of gratuity that had been wrongly deducted by the respondent department. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor submits that the order has now been complied with and that the amount of gratuity deducted from the retiral dues of the petitioner has been repaid to her. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is hereby closed.
