By means of the present writ petition, petitioners seek quashing of impugned FIR dated 29.05.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 219 of 2026, under Section 3/5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned. 6. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 7. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned within one month from today.
