Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court twice over for the same relief and vide order dated 13.05.2025 in ABLAPL No. 5479 of 2025 this Court while declining to give anticipatory bail granted liberty to the petitioner to surrender and apply for regular bail. 2. In view of the aforementioned, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, it is open for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and move application for regular bail before the court below. If such application is moved, it is expected that the courts below shall consider the same on the same day. 3. With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL is disposed of. (S.S.
