The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the dispute arises out of a landlord–tenant relationship and that the suit has been pending for more than five (5) years without final adjudication. It is further submitted that the revision petitioners are senior citizens, and therefore seek early disposal of the suit. 3. Considering the prolonged pendency of the suit and the advanced age of the revision petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant the relief sought for.
