Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, due to over- sight, the present Writ Petition was filed in the name of the father for compassionate appointment, whereas, the Writ Petition has to be filed by the son of the Petitioner for compassionate appointment and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to file fresh Writ Petition in the name of son of the Petitioner.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh Writ Petition in the name of son of the Petitioner.
4. No order as to costs.
