Upon instructions received by the learned Senior Counsel who submits that plaintiff to the suit does not press his plaint as against the respondent-RRVUNL and also submits that the Civil Suit filed by the plaintiff itself may be dismissed as not pressed. 2. In view thereto, the defendant has no objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Accordingly, we dismiss the suit filed by the plaintiff. 3. In view of the appellant not pressing his plaint, the decree passed by the Judge, Commercial Court No.1, Jaipur Metro II, [2026:RJ-JP:12147-DB] (2 of 2) [CFA-1301/2025] Jaipur is accordingly modified to the extent that the present suit would be dismissed. The cost imposed and the other directions issued by the Commercial Court No.1, Jaipur Metro II, Jaipur are set aside. Decreed accordingly.
