Dey, A.P.P 05/ 17.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025, registered under sections 126(1), 115(2), 132, 308(3), 351(3), 352 of BNS, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Ist Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were agitating for not shifting the school from one place to another and they opposed to install the container for that altercation took place. He further submits that the petitioners are innocent villagers. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are made that petitioners interrupted in installing the container. 5. Considering that the petitioners were agitating for not shifting the school building and they have obstructed to install the container and in the attending facts and circumstance of the case the petitioners are directed ( 2026:JHHC:11041 ) to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
