Safdar, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR dated 29.05.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 218 of 2026, under Section 3/5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned within a month from today.
