Having perused the judgment in issue and office order dated 03.01.2026, this petition is disposed of with the direction that compliance of this judgment shall not be subject to the Special Leave Petition mentioned in the order, because a perusal of the judgment passed in favour of the petitioners demonstrates that the same was decided in light of the judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA No. 195/2019, titled Sheela Devi Vs. State of H.P. & Ors., which has attained finality up to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
