2026:UHC:4539 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPMS/1639/2026 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J 1. Mr. V.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner sought a declaration that two sale deeds, referred to in the suit, are null and void. The said suit was filed in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Rishikesh, District Dehradun in the year 2024 and is registered as Original Suit No. 10 of 2024. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the concerned Court to expedite the hearing of the suit. 4. Since the suit was filed only in the year 2024, therefore, having regard to the huge pressure of work before Civil Courts at Rishikesh, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for. 5. The writ petition, thus, fails and is dismissed.
