1. This order may be read in continuation with the order passed on 20th February, 2026.
2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ NDMC submits on instructions that the two electricity connections as mentioned in prayer (A) of the writ petition shall be transferred in the name of the petitioner within two (2) weeks from today, subject to the petitioner providing necessary documents and payment of dues, if any. As regards prayer (B), it is stated that the respondent no.1/ NDMC shall disconnect the aforesaid electricity meters within two (2) weeks from today.
3. Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the same.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
