The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, registered under sections 126, 127, 115(2), 352, 324, 331, 303(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Ist Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation of assault and snatching Rs. 3,000/- has been made against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 8027 of 2024, A.B.A. No. 138 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 6735 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of snatching Rs. 3,000/- is there. 5. Considering that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition and in identical situation co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall ( 2026:JHHC:11213 ) release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
