The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 222/2025 registered at Police Station Nawalgarh District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 61(2), 112(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 66D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants have submitted that the applicants are young persons, aged approximately in the range of 25-30 years. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter and that the trial will take its own time to conclude. [2026:RJ-JP:12555] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-13855/2025] 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there exist multitude of complaints registered against the applicants on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (Registered through No.1930). It is further submitted that there also exist numerous financial transactions which established the nexus of the applicants to the alleged cyber crime. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties, considering that the applicants are young persons, aged approximately in the range of 25-30 years; that the charge- sheet has already been filed in the matter, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicants and enlarge them on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Naveen Singh Rajpoot S/o Shri Jitendra Singh Rajpoot, Gograj S/o Kanhaiyalal, Vikash Kumar Saini S/o Shri Moolchand Saini, Ashok Nagar S/o Shri Jagdish Prasad & Banwarilal Kumawat S/o Shri Dewaram shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
