Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the disciplinary authority on conclusion of disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner dated 15th January, 2021. 3. Petitioner preferred an appeal against order dated 15th January, 2021 of the disciplinary authority before the Chairman, West Bengal Transport Corporation. Prayer is made for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 4. It appears after hearing the learned advocates representing the parties that petitioner was working in Calcutta State Transport Corporation but appeal is preferred before the Chairman, West Bengal Transport Corporation. 5. If Chairman, West Bengal Transport Corporation is the appellate authority in connection with the order dated 15th January, 2021 passed by the disciplinary authority against the petitioner in that event said appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law by three months from the date of communication of this order. 6. However, the delay in preferring appeal is kept open with a rider that period from the date of filing this writ petition till its disposal shall be excluded from the period of delay. 7. Writ petition stands disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.) 2
